Climatejoe Roofing is a referral service. Homeowners reach out to us with roof problems, and we connect them with independent providers in our network. If you run a roofing business and want more homeowner calls, you may be a fit.

This is not a job posting. There are no staff roles here. We are looking for independent contractors who run their own crews and their own books.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who serve Sayreville, NJ and parts of the Sayreville area. Most of the calls we aim to send are about new roofs and full replacement, so that work should be your focus.

It helps if you:

• Know older homes, from Cape Cod style houses to multi-family buildings.
• Are comfortable with tear-offs, layered roofs, and surprise rot.
• Understand cold, snowy winters, ice, and coastal storm wear.
• Can handle hail and storm damage roof replacement when it comes up.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting a stranger with their house. We ask every provider to treat that with respect.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires, and be ready to show proof.
• Give clear written quotes with scope and materials spelled out.
• Explain findings in plain words, and show photos when you can.
• Return calls and keep your word on timing.
• Never pressure a homeowner. Let them compare, then decide.
• Make no promises on behalf of an insurance company.

Providers do their own work and answer for it. Climatejoe Roofing does not do roof work and does not supervise yours.
